I am a wellness enthusiast, a lifelong learner, and I am passionate about the love of God. My heart is with my husband and children always and everything I do is for them to live a healthier, more whole life. I long for them to be empowered through understanding and wisdom and of course, the healing touch of a home cooked meal. Yoga is an extension of the love that I have for my family that I want to bring into the lives of others so that they can live a healthy, whole life.

For me, yoga has proven to be more than movement. It has been a vehicle for the inner workings and quiet questions of my heart to find an answer. It has been about the body, mind, heart, and soul coming into alignment.
